We're looking for a 2D Animator to join the founding team. 🎥 About the project: A faceless channel producing short-form animated historical documentaries, cinematic storytelling that millions of people watch and finish. Each video is approximately 1 minute long, in the style of TheHoodieGuy and HistoryDude. Topics include: Serial Killers, Drug Lords, Historical Disasters, Revolutions, History's Biggest Stories. You're joining a team that's already built a YouTube channel with over 200 million views and knows what it takes to do it again. 📈 What you'll be doing: Creating engaging 2D documentaries (1 minute), Owning the full motion cycle: Illustrate and animate characters from scratch, Assemble and export the final video (captions, transitions, SFX & music), Delivering fast, polished, high-quality animations that match our visual style, Capture viewer attention through pacing, visuals, animation, and motion graphics. 👀 Requirements: Strong 2D animation portfolio, Experience creating illustrations/animations from scratch, Good pacing, storytelling & attention to detail, Reliable communication and deadline management. 📆 What we offer: Minimal revisions—you own the final result.
