3D Animator / Generalist

We’re hiring a full-time or part-time 3D Animator / Generalist to join our team! About the Project: We are creating a fast-growing YouTube channel focused on high-retention, story-driven 3D animations with strong engaging hooks. Reference channel (similar style and quality): 🎬 What You’ll Do • Animate engaging 3D shorts (30-60s) • Work using ready-made scripts and voiceovers • Handle full production: modeling, lighting, animating, rendering • Create smooth, clean, engaging animations in a consistent style 🧠 Requirements • Strong portfolio with 3D animations • Experience with Blender (or Maya/C4D) • Strong sense of lighting, motion, and visual storytelling • Creativity to think outside the box to add "wow" factors into our videos • Ability to meet deadlines What We Offer • Full Creative Freedom • Fully remote work • Flexible schedule with clear deadlines • Opportunity for growth into team lead role
