3D Animator / Generalist

We’re hiring for Miles Motivation, a YouTube channel creating emotional 3D Shorts about athletes, underdogs, sacrifice and incredible comebacks. The Role: Create 30–50 second 3D Shorts; Handle animation, environments, lighting and rendering in Blender; Work from completed scripts, voiceovers and storyboards; Produce at least 6 videos per month. You Should Have: Strong Blender and character-animation skills; Great storytelling, pacing and composition; Ability to show emotion through animation; Reliable communication and delivery.
