We’re hiring a full-time or part-time 3D Roblox Animators to join our team!

About the Project:
We are creating a fast-growing YouTube channel focused on high-retention, story-driven 3D Roblox animations with strong engaging hooks.

Reference channel (similar style and quality)

🎬 What You’ll Do
• Animate 15-30 engaging 3D shorts per month (30-60s)
• Work using ready-made scripts and voiceovers
• Handle full production: modeling, lighting, animating, rendering
• Create smooth, clean, engaging animations in a consistent style

🧠 Requirements
• Strong knowledge and experience with Blender (only Blender)
• Strong sense of lighting, motion, and visual storytelling
• Creativity to think outside the box to add "wow" factors into our videos
• Ability to meet deadlines
