Ad Tech Specialist

📍 Cyprus - Office-based Paphos / Nicosia / Limassol We’re looking for an experienced Ad Tech Specialist to join Nexxie and take ownership of ad monetization infrastructure. What you’ll work with: • Ad servers, RTB & OpenRTB • SSP/DSP integrations & API-based ad traffic • Header bidding & waterfall setups • Tags, pixels & SDK integrations • Ad delivery & tracking troubleshooting • eCPM, fill rate, win rate & monetization optimization • A/B testing and auction configurations Requirements: • 2+ years in Ad Tech / Ad Operations / Programmatic Monetization • Strong understanding of RTB and ad serving • Experience with SSP/DSP, APIs, SDKs & tracking • Knowledge of header bidding and waterfall logic • SQL, Excel / Google Sheets & BI tools
