Affiliate Manager — SEO/PPC

We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our team and lead partnerships with SEO affiliates, PPC publishers, media buying teams, comparison websites, review portals, and other performance marketing partners for a US Sweepstakes Casino project. What we’re looking for: 🔹3+ years of hands‑on experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, social casino, sports betting, or a similar performance marketing vertical. 🔹Proven experience working with US Sweepstakes Casino offers (mandatory). 🔹Strong experience managing and growing partnerships with SEO affiliates, PPC affiliates, media buying teams, comparison websites, review portals, and performance publishers. 🔹Proven track record of negotiating and managing CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed‑fee commercial deals. 🔹Ability to identify high‑value partners, build strategic partnerships, and scale traffic profitably. 🔹Strong understanding of SEO and PPC affiliate models, traffic quality, attribution, and conversion optimization. 🔹Experience analyzing partner performance using FTDs, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, conversion rates, and traffic quality metrics. 🔹Hands‑on experience with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools (MyAffiliates, Affilka, Income Access, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.). 🔹Ability to identify low‑quality or fraudulent traffic and work closely with analytics and fraud teams to optimize partner performance. 🔹Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. 🔹Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment. 🔹Fluent English (written and spoken). Nice to have: 🔹Existing network of SEO affiliates, PPC publishers, media buying agencies, and affiliate partners in the US market. 🔹Experience launching and scaling affiliate programs for US Sweepstakes Casino or online casino brands. 🔹Understanding of US Sweepstakes regulations and compliance requirements. 🔹Experience working with media buying agencies and performance marketing teams. 🔹Experience attending or networking at major iGaming conferences (SiGMA, iGB, SBC, Affiliate Summit, etc.).
