AML Officer

A crypto OTC liquidity provider, financial intermediary, and algorithmic trading firm. As a regulated Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP), we operate across multiple jurisdictions, including EU and Switzerland, and are committed to compliance, security, and cutting-edge blockchain technology. 🔧 What you’ll do • Support the MICA license application – review, update, and validate AML-related documentation • Prepare and submit mandatory regulatory reports • Keep AML policies and procedures up to date • Review clients during onboarding • Ongoing client monitoring • Improve and strengthen the company AML framework • Support Switzerland office with AML-related questions ✅ What you bring • 5+ years of experience in an AML Officer / Senior AML role • AML certificate • Hands-on experience in the crypto and fintech industry • Must-have: experience working in payment services (crypto and fiat) • Experience setting up and improving AML processes • Experience working with Swiss, EU, or Canadian jurisdictions is a strong plus • Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented; able to own tasks end-to-end • Russian, English is a must 🧾 What we offer • Official employment • Competitive compensation and a discretionary yearly bonus • Real opportunity to participate in strategic decision-making • A highly engaged, professional, and collaborative team • Regular trainings and team-building activities
