B2B Sales Manager

An international payment provider (EU/LATAM/Asia) specializing in the high-risk sector with a focus on iGaming is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to join the team 🎯 Our ideal candidate: 🔹 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales of payment solutions 🔹 Experience selling to iGaming/high-risk merchants and an understanding of high-risk payment specifics 🔹 Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools 🔹 Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships 🔹 Strong self-organization, result orientation, and a proactive work approach 🔹 An existing network of contacts in iGaming and related verticals is an advantage 🔹 Willingness to travel regularly and attend international conferences 🔹 English B2+ Key responsibilities: 🔹 Prospecting and acquiring new high-risk merchants in international markets via both inbound leads and outbound efforts 🔹 Conducting negotiations and presentations, preparing commercial proposals, agreeing on partnership terms (fees, limits, GEO), and managing clients throughout the entire sales cycle 🔹 Managing deals in the CRM and keeping the client database up to date 🔹 Meeting individual KPIs and sales targets 🔹 Participating in international conferences 🔹 Gathering client feedback and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services What we offer: 🔹 Competitive compensation: base salary + KPI-based bonuses (discussed individually based on experience and expertise) 🔹 Full remote 🔹 Company-sponsored participation in international conferences and professional events 🔹 Support from a strong international team and transparent workflows 🔹 A fast-growing company with ambitious global scaling plans 🔹 Genuine opportunities for professional and career growth alongside business expansion 📍 Location: Cyprus preferred, also considered сandidates from Europe
