Backend Engineer (Perp DEXes, Rust)

We are looking for a backend engineer to join the team building trading infrastructure for perpetual DEXes. Responsibilities: - Design and build backend services for trading on Perp DEXes - Build and maintain venue gateways - Work with high-load, low-latency data pipelines - Optimize performance, reliability and fault tolerance across systems - Evolve the architecture of our trading infrastructure together with the team Requirements: - Perp DEX or CEX API experience - Proficiency in Rust - Understanding of Perp DEX mechanics Nice to have: - Experience with specific Perp DEXes (Hyperliquid, Aster, Lighter) - Understanding of on-chain interactions - Experience building low-latency systems Conditions: - Fulltime - Remote - Strong technical environment - the team includes competitive-programming champions and deep-expertise specialists - Ownership and autonomy - Growth depends on results
