Building Automation Systems Engineer

INEX Group is looking for an Automation Systems Engineer to join our team in Paphos. We are looking for a hands-on engineer to work with building automation and engineering systems — from commissioning and start-up of new projects to ongoing operation, diagnostics and troubleshooting. What you’ll do: • Operate, diagnose and provide technical support for building automation systems • Perform commissioning and start-up works on new project sites • Configure and program KNX and DALI systems • Integrate and configure VRF/VRV, HVAC and other engineering systems • Troubleshoot equipment, communication buses and control systems • Inspect installation works and system connections for compliance with project documentation • Coordinate with contractors and other engineering teams • Participate in system handover and subsequent technical support What we’re looking for: • Hands-on experience with building automation systems • Strong knowledge of KNX and understanding of DALI • Good understanding of HVAC automation, including VRF/VRV • Good knowledge of building engineering systems: power supply, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning and low-voltage systems • Ability to read electrical schematics and project documentation • Understanding of sensors, actuators, controllers, gateways and network interfaces • Ability to independently perform diagnostics and commissioning works on site We offer: • Competitive salary • Official employment in Cyprus BSC company • Best office in Paphos • 21 days paid vacation • Professional international team • Opportunity for professional growth and development We are open to candidates already in Cyprus or ready to relocate.
