Business Analyst

Requirements: — 3+ years of total experience working as a trained software Business Analyst; — Background in various types of financial services; — Fluency with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence); — Strong BPMN, Use Case, and UML skills; — Strong communication and technical skills with the ability to quickly grasp technical issues/concepts; — Strong organizational and project management skills; — Excellent written and verbal communication skills; — Ability to prepare detailed deliverables (e.g. functional requirements) in line with industry best practices and internal agreed quality, process, and timelines; — Be the voice of the customer and provide user perspective on feature value and objectives; — Deliver quality documentation including customer journeys, use cases, activity and technical diagrams. Responsibilities: — More than 3 years of relevant work experience; — Preference to applicants with fintech project/product development experience; — Fluent written and spoken English (C1). Nice to Have: — Experience in fintech project/product development.
