Business Analyst

We're Hiring: Business Analyst at Velmie. Requirements: 3+ years of total experience working as a trained software Business Analyst; Background in various types of financial services; Fluency with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence); Strong BPMN, Use Case, and UML skills; Strong communication and technical skills with the ability to quickly grasp technical issues/concepts; Strong organizational and project management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to prepare detailed deliverables (e.g. functional requirements) in line with industry best practices and internal agreed quality, process, and timelines; Be the voice of the customer and provide user perspective on feature value and objectives; Deliver quality documentation including customer journeys, use cases, activity and technical diagrams. Responsibilities: More than 3 years of relevant work experience; Preference to applicants with fintech project/product development experience; Fluent written and spoken English (C1). Nice to Have: Experience in fintech project/product development.
