Requirements: 4+ years in leadership, in Country Head/COO/CEO positions in iGaming B2C Strong track record of expanding CIS markets Deep understanding of local regulations, player behavior, and market trends P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational excellence Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian Key Responsibilities: Set and execute an ambitious growth strategy across CIS markets Lead cross-functional teams, inspire and align them with business goals Build scalable processes and ensure operational efficiency Drive revenue and monitor KPIs to hit ambitious targets Shape the company’s presence in key CIS markets and strengthen relationships with partners
