APERCON is hiring an experienced CEO to lead and scale B2C iGaming operations across the CIS market, driving sustainable business growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion. Requirements: 4+ years in leadership, in Country Head/COO/CEO positions in iGaming B2C; Strong track record of expanding CIS markets; Deep understanding of local regulations, player behavior, and market trends; P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational excellence; Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian. Key Responsibilities: Set and execute an ambitious growth strategy across CIS markets; Lead cross-functional teams, inspire and align them with business goals; Build scalable processes and ensure operational efficiency; Drive revenue and monitor KPIs to hit ambitious targets; Shape the company's presence in key CIS markets and strengthen relationships with partners.
