We're hiring a CBDO for a payment infrastructure platform helping global merchants enter Latin America (PIX, Boleto, OXXO, SPEI, local wallets, crypto). Focus: high-risk & complex industries — gaming, fintech, crypto, digital goods. What you'll do: - Build & execute BD strategy across priority markets - Lead C-level negotiations with PSPs, banks, acquirers, merchants - Own strategic B2B deals end-to-end - Build and lead the BD team from the ground up What we're looking for: - 5+ years in Business Development, 2-3+ years in a leadership role (Head of BD, CBDO, Commercial Director) - Mandatory hands-on experience in FinTech / Payments / PSP / Payment Gateway / Acquiring - Proven track record closing complex B2B deals with C-level decision makers - Experience building/scaling a BD function - English B2+, Ukrainian/Russian, Spanish is a plus
