Requirements: — Proven leadership experience in PropTech, marketplaces, classified platforms, digital platforms, e-commerce, or ecosystem businesses — Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, driving growth, and delivering commercial results — Strong understanding of marketplace and platform business models — Experience building and leading high-performing teams — Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on leadership approach — Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills — Entrepreneurial, proactive, and execution‑oriented mindset — Experience in real estate, PropTech, FinTech, or digital ecosystem businesses will be a strong advantage — Professional working proficiency in English; Russian and/or Uzbek will be considered a plus
