Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are looking for an experienced CFO to join a fast-growing international fintech company operating in the payments sector. This is a senior leadership role for a finance executive with strong expertise in Fintech, Payments, Banking, Treasury, Forex, or Crypto. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Reporting & Liquidity functions • Manage international settlements and payment flows • Oversee liquidity, credit, FX & operational risks • Build relationships with banks, PSPs, payment institutions, brokers & exchanges • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning • Ensure IFRS, regulatory reporting, audit & compliance requirements • Oversee Forex and cryptocurrency-related operations • Provide financial insights and profitability analysis • Support strategic expansion and investment initiatives Requirements: • 5+ years of CFO / senior finance leadership experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, Forex, EMI, PSP or Crypto • Strong expertise in Treasury, Liquidity & Settlements • Excellent knowledge of IFRS, accounting, taxation & reporting • Understanding of EU payment regulations • Experience with Forex and/or Crypto markets • Proven leadership and team management experience • Fluent English & Russian • ACCA / CPA / CFA / CMA or equivalent is a plus What We Offer: • €10,000 NET/month + performance bonus • Flight tickets • Visa & work permit support • Temporary accommodation upon relocation • Modern office in Limassol, Cyprus • International fintech environment • High-impact executive role with significant influence on business growth Interested?
