TASKS • Define and implement the Bank’s enterprise transformation strategy in line with long-term business priorities. • Lead organization-wide transformation initiatives spanning technology, operations, digital banking, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness. • Drive the strategic evolution of the Bank’s operating model, business capabilities, and technology environment. • Provide guidance to the Executive Leadership Team on transformation priorities, emerging technologies, market developments, and innovation opportunities. • Build and promote a culture of innovation, agility, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
