Community Growth Manager

Do you know how to turn an audience into an active community, not just publish posts? We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Community Growth Manager who can identify what attracts and engages an audience, test ideas quickly, and scale what works. What you’ll do: - Develop strategies to grow and engage our community - Research audiences, market trends, competitors, and best practices - Identify content directions that attract relevant new members - Build relationships with creators, partners, and relevant communities - Encourage conversations and collect feedback, use cases, and user-generated content - Track acquisition, engagement, and retention and improve them continuously - Use AI intelligently to make research, content and testing You might be a great fit if you: - Have experience in community building or social media, or content generation - Understand how to attract, engage, and retain an online audience - Have a research-driven and experimental mindset - Can test ideas quickly, analyze results, and scale successful approaches - Are flexible, proactive, and comfortable with changing priorities - Enjoy using AI tools in your everyday work Personal projects, channels, or communities you have developed will be a strong advantage.
