Community Manager

Yesim is an international eSIM provider with 7+ years of experience in delivering secure, seamless connectivity anywhere in 200 countries around the world. We specialize in fast, secure, and global connectivity through advanced eSIM mobile solutions for 3+ million active users. Our innovative app allows to manage multiple eSiMs within a single account - allowing users to effortlessly juggle several plans and share connectivity. We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to take charge of developing our brand's presence across social media, professional communities, and user platforms. The candidate should organically participate in conversations, find relevant discussions, boost brand visibility, and help build trust in our product within professional and user environments. Responsibilities include actively participating in discussions on Reddit and other community platforms, developing our corporate Reddit thread, monitoring and responding to user reviews on the App Store and Google Play, tracking competitor activity, engaging on Facebook, LinkedIn, X, collecting and analyzing user feedback, maintaining activity logs, finding new platforms, and collaborating with SMM, PR, Support, and Product teams. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in community management, SMM, online reputation management, or related fields; mandatory practical experience with Reddit; experience handling reviews on the App Store and Google Play; experience communicating on Facebook, LinkedIn, X and other social platforms; excellent written English (C1 level or higher); ability to write concisely and appropriately; independent communication decisions; understanding of reputation management; analytics skills. Nice to have: experience with international digital products, specifics of App Store/Google Play review management, handling negative feedback, preparing community/reputation reports.
