This is a hands‑on role with significant ownership, responsible for building, improving, and overseeing compliance processes across the business. Key Responsibilities: • Own and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls • Monitor regulatory developments within Sweepstakes, Social Casino, and US online gaming markets • Oversee KYC, player verification, responsible gaming, and compliance‑related workflows • Identify operational, regulatory, and reputational risks • Support investigations, audits, incident reviews, and risk assessments • Work closely with management, legal, operations, CRM, customer support, and external partners • Implement practical risk mitigation measures and improve internal processes Requirements: • 4+ years of Compliance experience within iGaming, Sweepstakes, Social Casino, or Online Gaming • Hands‑on experience with US iGaming regulations is mandatory 🇺🇸 • Strong understanding of the US gaming regulatory landscape • Experience with KYC/AML, payments, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming • Experience drafting compliance policies, SOPs, and regulatory documentation • Experience managing compliance teams or external vendors • Fluent English Nice to Have: • Sweepstakes Casino experience • Experience in gray‑market or complex regulatory environments • Fraud prevention and operational risk management experience • Experience supporting audits and compliance investigations ✨ High‑impact role with significant ownership and long‑term growth opportunities.
