Corporate Advisor / Licensing Lawyer

We're expanding our legal team and looking for a Licensing Lawyer to support international projects related to licensing and regulatory matters. What you'll do: ▪️ Manage the full licensing cycle (offshore & onshore) ▪️ Communicate with regulators and agents across jurisdictions ▪️ Research new markets and prepare legal recommendations ▪️ Support product launches from a regulatory perspective ▪️ Draft and adapt AML/CTF, KYC, T&Cs, Privacy Policy ▪️ Assist with incorporations and corporate structure changes What we expect: ✅ 2+ years of experience in licensing / compliance / legal ✅ Hands-on experience with offshore licenses (Curaçao, Anjouan) ✅ Understanding of online gambling regulatory frameworks ✅ Experience interacting with regulators and/or agents ✅ English — Upper-Intermediate or higher What we offer: 💼 Official employment 💰 Competitive salary ✈️ Full relocation support to Limassol 🍽 Office meals (breakfast & lunch) 📈 Professional growth & international exposure
