🌀 Country Director, Russia (native Chinese speaker) / Company: international mining equipment manufacturer Russia About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Russia General Manager to lead our market expansion across the Russian-speaking region. As the regional head, you will be fully accountable for business performance—driving sales revenue, market share, and profit growth. Requirements · Experience: 10+ years in sales/marketing management within mining equipment, construction machinery, or building materials. · Language: Chinese (native), Fluent Russian (working language); English is a plus. · Skills: Strategic planning, cross-departmental coordination, consultative selling, and LTC (Lead to Cash) process expertise. Key Responsibilities · Formulate and implement business plans to penetrate the Russian mining equipment market. · Take full ownership of regional P&L, sales targets, and operational KPIs. · Integrate internal resources (R&D, production, finance) and external partnerships to support business growth. · Lead and develop a cross-cultural team of 30+ members, fostering local talent and aligning with corporate culture. · Serve as the brand ambassador, building C-level relationships with mining enterprises and government bodies.
