Country Manager / General Manager

We are looking for a local iGaming leader to launch and grow our Brand in Mongolia. You’ll take ownership of the market, strategy, team, marketing, partnerships, payments, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the Mongolia market strategy; Build and manage a local team; Launch marketing & affiliate channels; Develop partnerships with affiliates, influencers & local players; Build local payment solutions; Track KPIs and drive business growth. Requirements: Fluent Mongolian - mandatory; Business-level English; Senior management experience; iGaming / betting / casino experience is a strong plus; Deep knowledge of the Mongolian market; Experience building and managing teams; Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to launch from scratch.
