Direction Leader | Head of Department

📍Splat — to drive innovation, brand strategy, and commercial execution at the intersection of science and business Key responsibilities: — Identifying opportunities to capitalise on innovation and "blue ocean" niches by leveraging the company's scientific centre capabilities and proprietary technologies; — Shaping the product creation strategy, from initial idea through to market-ready solutions; — Developing the product economic model and defending it with brand holders; — Co-building the brand's Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, which may include retail, e-commerce, and D2C channels; — Forming and leading a cross-functional team to ensure timely delivery of new product launches; — Co-shaping the brand strategy, ensuring it is clear and aligned with the company's global brand positioning; — Managing resources to deliver on time and with the required quality standards. Requirements: — Proven experience collaborating with R&D on new product launches; — Experience in brand management, ideally for a new brand targeting underserved niches; — Experience working across multiple sales channels – retail, e-commerce (preferred), and D2C; — Experience building communication strategies; — Background in design and/or creative direction – a plus; — Scientific background and/or education – a plus.
