Director of Rooms

Al Habtoor Polo Resort is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Rooms to lead our Rooms Division and drive operational excellence across the hotel. ▪️Proven leadership experience in Rooms Division ▪️Strong leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations ▪️Excellent knowledge of luxury hotel operations and service standards ▪️Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies ▪️Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence ▪️Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills ▪️Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams ▪️Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, H&S and hotel standards ▪️Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on profitability We look forward to welcoming an exceptional hospitality leader who will contribute to the continued success and excellence of Al Habtoor Polo Resort.
