Discord / Reddit Broker

We’re looking for a hungry, hands-on junior to join the team as a remote external contractor, focused on Discord and Reddit partnerships and community operations. This is an entry-level role, but we’re looking for someone with a strong ownership mentality - someone who gets things done, thinks critically and doesn’t need to be told what to do at every step. Responsibilities: Source and manage paid placements with 18+ Discord server owners and adult subreddit moderators; Manage our own Discord servers and subreddits on a day-to-day basis; Negotiate per-post placement deals; Set up unique invite links / UTM tracking for each placement; Maintain a single, organized tracking system for all campaigns and placements; Run placement campaigns end to end; Monitor performance and make decisions on which placements to scale or stop based on benchmarks; Manage the phone-farm rack and related operational processes; Maintain persona documentation and account inventory; Vet potential partners and evaluate placement quality; Track actual retained joins and clicks rather than relying solely on reported community/member numbers; Handle the ongoing day-to-day posting, community management, campaign tracking and operations. Requirements: Junior / entry-level profile with a strong get-things-done mentality; High level of ownership and accountability; Proactive - you don’t wait around to be told what to do; Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; Comfortable negotiating and communicating with external partners; Organized and comfortable working with tracking sheets and campaign data; Able to manage multiple placements and conversations simultaneously; Comfortable working independently in a remote environment; Willing to go above and beyond when needed; Interest or experience in Discord, Reddit, online communities or performance marketing is a plus; Comfortable working with 18+ / adult communities.
