Discord & Reddit Community Moderator

We’re looking for a proactive, English-speaking Community Moderator to join our team. 🌎 Location: Open worldwide 🕐 Hours: US hours — approximately 16:00–00:00 CST, with some flexibility 📅 Start: Immediately ⏳ Contract: 3-month contract as an external services provider, followed by performance review 🔹 Responsibilities • Own Discord moderation and community engagement • Manage and grow our Reddit presence, including moderation and content posting • Run polls, prompts, community activities and events • Support contests and campaigns • Handle overflow posting on Reddit, tube sites and other adult platforms • Submit weekly activity reports • Attend a weekly Monday team sync 🔹 Requirements • Strong written English and communication skills • Full availability during the required US hours • Comfortable working with NSFW/adult content on a daily basis • Experience with Discord and Reddit moderation is a strong plus • Comfortable using AI image/video generation tools • Own laptop/computer + stable internet • 2FA enabled on Discord and other work platforms • Proactive, independent and growth-minded ⭐ Nice to have • Previous Discord/Reddit community management experience • Experience with Discord bots and webhooks • Experience organizing online community events • Existing Reddit account with established karma If you’re interested, DM me with your CV and a short introduction about your relevant experience.
