Event Manager

Requirements: Event Management Expertise: 1+ year of experience in organizing online and offline events (corporate, training, exhibitions) to ensure high-quality execution from concept to completion; Regional Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the event industry in Cyprus and Europe to effectively select venues and reliable contractors; Negotiation & Communication: Strong skills in business correspondence and presentations to build productive relationships with customers and partners; Analytical Skills: Experience in market research and competitor analysis to identify the best solutions and trends in the event space; Budget Planning Mastery: Proven ability to plan and manage event budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and financial transparency; Language Proficiency: English level from Upper-Intermediate to interact professionally with international teams and European vendors.
