Работать можно удаленно из дома, будем встречаться пару раз в месяц в офисе. Рабочую визу делаем, но релокацию не предлагаем - важно, чтобы был опыт работы с кипрским пейролом и налогами. Буду рада откликам и рекомендациям в лс! ⭐️ Подробнее: Role Description We’re looking for a Finance Lead to own and scale our financial operations across our high-risk startup. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and can manage financial frameworks in fast-moving, high-risk verticals. You will be responsible for day-to-day operational cashflow (fiat and crypto), financial planning, reporting, liquidity and treasury management, and risk controls. This is a hands-on, full-time leadership role with close collaboration with the Product, Operations, and Compliance teams. Key Responsibilities: 🔹Own financial planning and forecasting 🔹Manage cashflow tracking, reporting, and reconciliation processes 🔹Manage and execute daily fiat and crypto payments 🔹Oversee invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor payments 🔹Implement and manage risk controls and monitoring for both fiat and crypto transactions 🔹Collaborate with Compliance to ensure adherence to AML/KYC requirements 🔹Prepare monthly financial reports for management and stakeholders 🔹Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and legal advisors 🔹Support fundraising, investor relations, and financial due diligence processes 🔹Take hands-on ownership of day-to-day finance operations and resolve operational issues directly 🔹Ensure ongoing tax compliance across relevant entities and jurisdictions 🔹Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payroll execution Required Qualifications: 🔹Proven experience in a finance lead/manager role (ideally in fintech, online gaming, or other high-risk industries) 🔹Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and reconciliation processes 🔹Experience with multi-entity or international structures 🔹Solid understanding of payments, FX, and crypto/fiat transaction flows 🔹Strong hands-on approach with the ability to both design processes and execute them independently 🔹Comfortable working in a lean environment with broad ownership and limited layers of support 🔹Excellent communication skills in English 🔹Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of outcomes What We Offer: 🔹Hybrid work format - enjoy the flexibility of remote work while spending a few days each month collaborating with the team in the office 🔹Competitive compensation above market rates 🔹The opportunity to build the financial backbone of a next-generation casino product 🔹A strong, ambitious team that values ownership, creativity, and measurable impact 🔹Direct influence on financial strategy, stability, and growth trajectory
