INEX Group is looking for a Finance Operations Administrator to support the financial documentation of our construction projects. The main responsibility of this role is to keep invoices and project documentation accurate and well organised: collecting documents from construction site teams, assigning them to the correct projects and categories, and entering the information into the ERP system in a timely manner. The role combines office-based work with regular visits to construction sites in Paphos. Requirements: • 1+ year of experience in administrative work, operations or finance; • experience working with ERP or accounting systems; • strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and confidence using computers; • good working English is required; Greek is a strong advantage; • valid driving license and willingness to travel to construction sites; • experience in construction or real estate is an advantage.
