FinOps Manager

We are looking for a FinOps Manager to join K2-18 PAY, an international payments company working with payment providers and merchants across multiple GEOs. ⚡️ What you will do: — Transaction reconciliations & settlements; — Review fees, FX, refunds, chargebacks and payouts; — Prepare merchant settlement calculations and reports; — Investigate discrepancies and resolve them with providers/merchants; — Analyze volumes, costs, margins and financial variances; — Support USDT/USDC and on-chain reconciliations; — Improve and automate FinOps processes and reporting. What we are looking for: — 3+ years in FinOps / Payment Operations / Reconciliation / Treasury / Banking; — Strong Excel / Google Sheets; — Hands-on reconciliation & settlement experience; — Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; — English B1+; — FinTech / Payments / Acquiring / Crypto experience is a strong plus.
