Founding Full-Stack Engineer (Senior / Lead)

Alesium is a startup lab in Limassol, since 2008. We're looking for a founding engineer to build a fintech product where a bug costs real money 🚀 Stack: • TypeScript, Node (NestJS, Fastify), React • PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker • Rust is a plus How we work: • Shape Up cycles: 1–2 weeks → working result • No daily stand-ups, no Jira • AI tools and hardware paid by us Requirements: • Daily work with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) • Shipped systems where a bug costs money • You design, ship and run what you build 🗣 English at work; Russian and Ukrainian welcome 🏠 Living in Cyprus or ready to relocate Hiring: • 30-min call → 2-hour working session → offer • We never ask about your past salary
