Founding Product Manager / Dealer — Trading Products

💥 Alesium is building a new direction in trading technology. We're looking for a senior market practitioner to shape the product: turn real trading, dealing and risk workflows into product priorities, test them in practice, and work directly with founders, design and engineering. 🎯 You have: • 5+ years as a trader, dealer, trading PM, risk or trading-ops professional • Strong grasp of market structure, execution, position management and risk • Working English (Russian a plus) 🌍 Candidates in Cyprus, the EU or the US. Reliable overlap with Cyprus hours if remote.
