Full-cycle Recruiter

Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding. Recruit IT and Digital Marketing specialists. Source candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and other channels. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring stages. Work with ATS/CRM and maintain candidate pipelines.
