Fund Operations Associate

Sector: Hedge Fund – Proprietary Trading. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Back Office and Fund Operations professional for an investment fund, with potential to grow further in managing the field. Main requirements: At least 3 years of experience in Back Office, Middle Office or Fund Operations Experience from an investment house, hedge fund, Nostro, bank or broker Experience in manually recording transactions and through financial systems Good understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Reconciliation and Settlement Familiarity with Fixed Income, Rates, FX, Futures, Options and Derivatives Experience in controlling Positions, Cash, P&L, Margin and Collateral Working with Prime Brokers, banks and Fund Administrator High level of control in Excel and financial systems High level of English Order, accuracy, ability to identify exceptions and take full responsibility for the process A significant advantage for experience with Bloomberg, MARS, EMSX, FIX, Drop Copy and Portfolio Management systems.
