Games Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Games Operations Manager to manage and optimize a slot game portfolio, work with game providers, and support product performance across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: • Maintain the game catalogue, tags, visuals, and game order • Monitor game quality, RTP, risks, and performance • Onboard new providers and resolve game-related issues • Work closely with Product, CRM, QA, and BI teams • Share insights on game mechanics, player behaviour, and portfolio optimization Requirements: • 1–2 years of relevant gaming or iGaming experience • Experience with PC/computer games and slot games is mandatory • Strong understanding of rewards, betting systems, progression, RTP, and other game mechanics • Good knowledge of the gaming industry and major gaming companies • Technical mindset and ability to independently drive initiatives • Marketing or business understanding is an advantage • Fluent Hebrew and English
