Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO)

Our client is a rapidly growing digital financial ecosystem in Central Asia, looking for an experienced Group CFO to lead the finance function across a portfolio of fintech businesses. This is a C-suite leadership role combining strategic financial management, reporting, budgeting, capital management and investor relations. Key Responsibilities: — Develop and implement unified financial, tax and investment policies across the group — Organize and coordinate the management company's financial operations, including planning, budgeting, centralized treasury, IFRS and management reporting — Manage the group's capital structure and secure external financing, working with banks, investors and funds — Participate in structuring M&A transactions — Establish medium- and long-term forecasting processes, including rolling forecasts and monthly consolidated budget-vs-actual analysis — Develop data-driven approaches and predictive analytics to identify market trends, variances and risks — Advise senior management on cost optimization and maximizing the holding company's asset value — Manage group-level risks, including currency, interest rate, tax and operational risks Requirements: — International professional certification: ACCA, CFA or CIMA — 7–10+ years of senior-level experience managing large finance teams and overseeing corporate finance within holding structures or investment companies — Experience consolidating financial statements across a group of companies and working with IFRS — Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems, such as SAP or 1C:ERP, and modern BI tools — Proven track record of preparing and presenting analytical materials, budgets and investment cases to Management Board members, the Supervisory Board and shareholders — Fluency in Russian and English; Uzbek is an advantage The company offers: — Competitive salary — Relocation to Tashkent — Expanded benefits package — Opportunity to work with modern technologies and global best practices — Direct influence on decisions at the top management level — Work alongside a team of experts — Opportunities for professional growth and development
