Group COO

I’m particularly interested in executives with: -10+ years of leadership experience -background as COO, Managing Director, Business Unit CEO, Group Executive or equivalent -senior management experience in organizations with #1000+employees proven experience managing at scale, including multiple senior functions and C-level leaders -responsibility for substantial P&L, budgeting, governance and organizational transformation -experience working directly with founders, shareholders or boards background in technology, telecom, fintech, gaming, digital platforms or other complex businesses -ability to introduce structure and accountability without slowing down an entrepreneurial organization -Fluent Russian and English are required. This is a role for someone accustomed to operating at company-wide level rather than within a single functional vertical.
