Growth Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to identify and develop new markets for an international technology company. You’ll combine market intelligence, Go-to-Market strategy, and strategic partnerships to turn promising GEOs into scalable commercial opportunities. Requirements: • Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem: platforms, providers, PSPs, and operators • Hands-on experience researching and evaluating new GEOs • Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies • Strong market research and competitive analysis skills • Experience building strategic partnerships and acquisition channels • Understanding of regulatory, licensing, and compliance risks • English and Russian — B2+ • Willingness to travel internationally
