What's important: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a track record of launching and scaling new tech products (IT, AI, or tech startups preferred). Guerilla marketing experience. Experience collaborating with influencers and creators in AI, developer, or tech niches. Familiarity with developer/AI communities (Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram, etc.). Fluent English (minimum B2+). What to do: Develop and execute the international marketing strategy for an AI IDE, with a focus on organic growth and new acquisition channels. Drive guerrilla marketing, community growth, influencer partnerships, and promotional content. Own the marketing budget, KPIs, performance analysis, and strategy optimization.
