Head of Affiliate

We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliate to lead our internal team and scale our global affiliate network across the iGaming and Forex sectors for a fast-growing performance marketing agency in Limassol! Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and set clear KPIs for the internal affiliate team; Onboard, negotiate, and maintain high-value affiliate partnerships (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid); Collaborate closely with Media Buying teams to align paid campaigns with affiliate channels; Track performance, ROI, and campaign metrics using industry tracking platforms. Requirements: Proven affiliate management experience within iGaming & Forex; Track record in team leadership and people management; Solid understanding of media buying channels (PPC, Social, Native); Strong analytical skills & experience with affiliate tracking software; Fluency in English & ability to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.
