Head of Affiliates

We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead our affiliate function, drive strategic acquisition through high-value partners, and own overall channel performance in the Forex sector! Key Priorities & Responsibilities: Build, own, and lead the overall affiliate strategy and high-value partner portfolio; Own acquisition targets, commercial terms, and affiliate channel performance; Develop scalable operational processes, advanced reporting, and key partner relationships; Identify and onboard top-tier Forex partners to scale global acquisition. Requirements: Proven affiliate leadership experience strictly within the Forex / FX industry (Required); Track record of managing high-value partner relationships and commercial negotiations; Strong analytical mindset with expertise in channel performance metrics & scalable processes; Based in Cyprus (or open to working remotely within local time zones).
