Head of Content Moderation

What you'll do: • Design and improve content moderation policies for a safe user environment. • Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers. • Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance and innovation. • Drive AI-driven moderation initiatives and build next-gen moderation tools. • Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation tech providers. What we expect: • 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety. • Strong understanding of UGC platforms and compliance challenges. • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects. • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. • English proficiency; Russian is a plus.
