Head of Content Moderation

What you'll do: • Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety and compliance. • Lead and mentor a team of moderators, focusing on AI-driven moderation tools. • Build relationships with 3rd-party vendors and ensure optimal performance. • Drive continuous improvements in moderation workflows and technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance moderation capabilities. What we expect: • 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety. • Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments and UGC platforms. • Strong understanding of compliance, operational risks, and moderation challenges. • Excellent analytical skills and experience with AI moderation systems. • English proficiency; Russian is a strong advantage.
