Head of Dealing

I am recruiting on behalf of an established, globally regulated Forex & CFD brokerage seeking a commercial, highly analytical Head of Dealing to lead their trading desk, manage market risk, and optimize the execution environment! 📌 Key Responsibilities: • Direct daily Forex dealing desk operations and lead a team of shift dealers • Monitor aggregate financial exposure, dynamically managing A-book (STP) routing & B-book risk strategies • Maintain Tier-1 bank and LP relationships to secure optimal spreads, depth, and fill rates • Oversee MT4/MT5 server configurations, bridges, and risk tools for seamless execution • Analyze client trading flows to detect toxic flow, arbitrage, or latency vulnerabilities 📌 Requirements & Qualifications: • 4-5 years in Forex/CFD trading operations, with 3+ years in a lead dealer or managerial role • Deep technical mastery of MT4/MT5 manager ecosystems • Advanced quantitative skills and proven crisis resolution capabilities under high volatility
