VP – Head of HR Business Partner | Financial Services 📍 Dubai | a leading organization in the UAE | to lead their HRBP function and act as a true strategic partner to the business This is a leadership role. You'll oversee a team of 4, sit close to senior stakeholders, and shape how HR shows up across the business. Banking background is a plus but not essential; what matters most is strategic thinking, strong team leadership, and the ability to build trust with the business. What you'll be doing: — Partnering with business leaders to deliver HR advisory that supports growth — Leading and developing your HRBP team — Guiding stakeholders through complex people matters — Working with HR Centres of Excellence to keep service delivery sharp — Shaping HR strategy through market intelligence and best practice — Owning compliance, SLAs, and quality standards across the function What we're looking for: — 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with real depth in HR Business Partnering — Strong leadership, proven experience managing and developing teams — Broad exposure across HR domains and related committees — A strategic mindset with the ability to influence at senior levels — Banking experience is a plus, not a must Open to UAE Nationals and experienced HR professionals based in the UAE.
