Head of Operations (Payments & Crypto Solutions)

ЗАДАЧИ • Own operational reporting, including client-level P&L transparency and other key business metrics • Manage relationships with corporate service providers in BVI • Drive process automation and operational excellence, including supporting SOC 2 compliance initiatives • Lead the Operations function, with a Legal Counsel and Operations Specialist as direct reports, and help onboard a Finance Manager responsible for management reporting • Partner closely with founders to improve operational efficiency and support business growth ТРЕБОВАНИЯ • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, COO Office, Finance Operations, or a similar leadership role • Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting, including P&L analysis and KPI management • Experience building and improving operational processes and implementing automation • Experience working with legal, finance, and external corporate service providers across multiple jurisdictions • Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto is a strong advantage
