Head of Partnerships / IB

We are recruiting on behalf of a partnering company for an experienced Head of Partnerships / IB to lead their strategic partnerships and introducing broker (IB) channel, expand global reach, and build durable commercial relationships in the Forex sector! 📌 Key Priorities & Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the overall partnerships and IB growth strategy • Source, negotiate, and manage high-value commercial relationships • Track partner quality, revenue contribution, and market expansion • Expand market reach and build long-term, high-impact commercial networks 📌 Requirements & Background: • Proven Forex / FX industry experience (Required) • Strong background in IB (Introducing Broker) management or financial partnerships • Demonstrated track record sourcing, negotiating, and scaling key commercial accounts • Based in Cyprus or open to working remotely within local time zones
