Head of Recruitment

We offer a variety of assets to trade (Forex, Stocks, Crypto, Indices, Synthetic Indices, Commodities) and enhance traders' experience with AI-powered features. Clients enjoy both Nomo Trading Platform (a proprietary modern solution featuring an intuitive, user-friendly interface) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) (classic trading platform with professional analysis and execution tools). Our own mobile application provides an on-the-go flexible trading experience. We aim to attract more than 150,000 clients within the next three years. What you'll do 🔸 Build the recruitment process from scratch: standards, job profiles, evaluation matrices, ATS stages 🔸 Manage the recruitment team and coordinate external agencies 🔸 Close open core-team roles and support planned team growth 🔸Run PeopleOps: onboarding, handbook, HR policies, employment support 🔸Personally close complex, domain-specific roles, including market mapping and direct sourcing 🔸 Take part in industry events What you bring 🔹 3–5 years in recruitment, ideally in trading or brokerage, or adjacent industries (crypto, gambling) 🔹 Experience building a recruitment process from scratch 🔹 Experience managing a recruitment team; experience working with agencies is a plus 🔹 Hiring experience in LatAm and/or Asia is a plus 🔹 English from B2 🔹 You must be based in Europe Why join ✔️Fully remote, 5-day work week ✔️ Competitive salary ✔️ Full ownership of the recruitment function: fast pace, zero micromanagement, direct impact on results ✔️ International team across fast-growing markets — LatAm, MENA, SA, and SEA
